QUESTION: Will insurance cover my procedure?
Cassandra: Most procedures are covered by insurance however I will perform a complimentary benefits check for each patient so that he or she is better able to understand their specific plan policy in regards to deductible, co-insurance and co-pay.
QUESTION: Should I fill anything out prior to my appointment?
Cassandra: You do not have to fill any paperwork out prior to your appointment. All necessary paperwork will be given to you at your complimentary vein evaluation.
QUESTION: Do I pay at the time of service or do you file a claim for me?
Cassandra: For all medical procedures, claims will be filed to your insurance company for processing. For cosmetic procedures that are rendered in the office, payment is due at the time of service.
QUESTION: What if I don’t have insurance?
Cassandra: If you do not have any insurance or active insurance carrier, we do have discounted cash payrates for those patients. We will be able to discuss with you, your cash payrates after your complimentary vein evaluation.
QUESTION: Do you provide financing and treatment plans?
Cassandra: We are partnered with Care Credit which is a financial institution that allows patients to apply for a credit card that can be used to pay for medical services. The great thing about Care Credit is that there is a interest free financing promotion that if you are able to pay off your balance on the credit card within 6, 12 or 18 months, you will not be charge on any percentage rate.
QUESTION: Can financing be used for cosmetic procedures?
Cassandra: Care Credit can be used for cosmetic services that are rendered in the office. We asked that you bring your Care Credit credit card to the office at the time of your appointment and are front desk coordinator will be able to process payment at the time of service.
